How I Can Help You
I truly believe that taking the first steps towards understanding and accepting your personal truth is an important part of growing and finding fulfillment in your life. My mission is to create a supportive and caring space where you can discover who you truly are and achieve your goals. I frequently work with individuals who are going through a range of challenges, such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties, among others. To help you overcome these obstacles, I use a combination of Person-Centered and Existential therapies, along with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) techniques. My goal is to guide you toward emotional healing and personal transformation.

Before moving to Fort Wayne to pursue my Master's Degree at PFW, I lived in Boston, Massachusetts. I have a deep love for learning and a desire to better support those in need. Each person I meet offers a new perspective and story worth hearing. It is my passion to walk alongside others on their journey of healing.
In my free time, I can usually be found with my nose in a book. Reading brings me joy and helps me gain a greater understanding of not only the world but also its possibilities. When I'm not reading, I enjoy socializing with those close to me and playing tabletop role-playing, especially Dungeons and Dragons, and board games to stretch my imagination. I believe that creativity allows us to go beyond ourselves, exploring paths yet unexplored.
