How I Can Help You

I believe nothing is more important than the therapeutic relationship, and I am committed to working with you to build a strong, supportive connection. My approach is non-judgmental and empathetic with a focus on creating a safe and comfortable space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Authenticity is at the core of my practice; I will always show up as my true self. My educational journey has provided me with a solid foundation in mental health principles and practices, and I continuously research the most up-to-date methods to offer the best services possible. I have a great sense of humor and believe that laughter is a powerful tool for healing. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to mental and emotional well-being.

  • I grew up in Michigan and came to Fort Wayne for college—and ended up loving it so much I never left. Now I live here with my dog, Dexter! In my free time, I enjoy exploring the city’s art scene and attending local events. I’m always looking to learn and grow, especially when it comes to mental health and wellness. I bring creativity, energy, and a fun-loving spirit into my work, aiming to make therapy a supportive and engaging experience for every client.

  • I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief, processing experiences that carry deep shame, and working through issues that require a fully nonjudgmental, compassionate space. I also have a strong interest in working with couples and families to foster connection, healing, and understanding.
