How I Can Help You

Welcome! My name is Beth, and I would be truly honored to walk alongside you during this period of life. A word people often use to describe me is “grounded.” I’m down-to-earth, honest, and real with a splash of humor. I enjoy discovering what we have in common and using that connection to get to know you on a deeper level. Life is often a balancing act, and I want to help you experience moments of joy, hope, and peace—not only after your hardships, but even in the midst of difficulty.

I am especially passionate about supporting people through grief and trauma. My personal experience in these areas allows me to create an environment of understanding and connection, whereas many people may not have been able to meet you at such a depth. I wholeheartedly believe you can heal from what has held you back in the past and experience a thriving future. No matter what life has taught you so far, know that you are deserving of healing and fulfillment. I would be honored to guide you toward finding both.

  • I was born and raised around the Marion area, with a couple short years in Omaha, Nebraska before moving to Fort Wayne. I received my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University, then completed my Masters of Social Work through IU in Fort Wayne. Most of my experience has been in the realm of youth and foster care work, with a year or two in hospital social work. I look forward to completing EMDR training this fall and am working toward full licensure as an LCSW in the coming years.

Outside of the office, I enjoy playing games (cozy video games, board games, DND), bike riding, kayaking, and my favorite form of self care, spending time with my friends (most of my family is spread out across the country, but I like seeing them too!) I especially enjoy spending time with my husband – we’re homebodies and like a good movie on the couch on any given evening. We have no children or pets at the moment, but I would love to hear about yours!
