How I Can Help You

Prioritizing our overall health and wellness can be a challenging journey to navigate at times. Ongoing stress and trauma can have a significant impact on one’s mind and body. I am passionate about supporting others in improving their quality of life and feeling empowered to be your authentic self. I believe in the power of mindfulness and movement to promote healing, create balance, and increase self-awareness through the utilization of EMDR, hypnotherapy, and other somatic therapies.  I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in your wellness journey!

  • Although I’m not originally from Indiana, I have been calling Fort Wayne home for the past 3 years. I have absolutely loved discovering the diversity and sense of community that exists in this area.

I grew up in a large family and frequently moved around the country. Through these experiences, I learned the importance of coping with adversity and connecting with others when navigating challenges. I often explored holistic practices to manage stress and gain insight into the power of movement and mindfulness to create balance within myself and others. This awareness led me to pursuing a career in mental health focusing on trauma based approaches.

My enthusiasm for incorporating movement and creating balance extends into all areas of my life as you will find me exploring new hiking trails with my dogs, running, practicing yoga, or planning a new adventure.
