I'm here to help you on your journey toward becoming your ideal self. I understand that life can be challenging, but I believe that with guidance and support, you can overcome difficulties and learn more about yourself as you grow. My ultimate goal is to create a positive connection and safe space for you to explore your inner self, while working towards forming a more just society. With a focus on trauma-informed and multicultural counseling, I am equipped to assist individuals facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. I'm here to identify your unique needs and meet you where you are on your journey. Let's work together to create a more fulfilling life for you.

I was born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana. In 2016, I left my hometown to pursue my interest in this field. My love for learning has brought me to where I am today. I believe that my passion stems from childhood experiences. Since maturing, I have strived to become a better version of myself. I strongly believe in the therapeutic process and the life-changing benefits that come with engaging in counseling.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching game shows, drinking coffee, spending time with my pets, gardening, listening to music, and laughing.
