How I Can Help You

My goal as a counselor is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I trust in each person’s ability to heal and create positive change. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface and work through life’s challenges with curiosity and compassion. I like to keep things real and relatable, helping clients feel at ease as we work together. Using a person-centered, humanistic approach, I aim to help you find your own sense of meaning, purpose, and strength so you can grow and thrive.

  • I am a lifelong resident of Northeast Indiana, hailing from Decatur, and I feel privileged to serve this community as a therapist. I deeply value the opportunity to hear people’s stories and gain insight into their unique perspectives and life experiences. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my children, playing video games, and attending concerts. I’m also an avid sports fan, proudly supporting both the Indiana Pacers and the Dallas Cowboys.

  • I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, including Person-Centered Therapy, Existential Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
