How I Can Help You

I believe that healing thrives in an environment where children, adolescents, and families feel deeply seen, emotionally safe, and unconditionally validated. Navigating life’s challenges requires immense courage, and my goal is to walk alongside you as a collaborative partner, helping you build resilience and discover your inherent strengths. By blending evidence-based techniques with a warm, trauma-informed approach, I strive to make every session a nurturing space where young individuals and their families can move forward with hope and confidence.

  • Born and raised right here in Fort Wayne, my journey into mental health care is rooted in a lifelong dedication to supporting youth and families through complex transitions and developmental milestones. I hold a dual Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Walden University, along with background experience as a Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) and a Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST). Having worked extensively across pediatric, behavioral, and educational settings—including experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)—I bring a deeply integrated, systems-focused perspective to therapy. To further support my young clients, I am also actively completing my specialized training to become a Registered Play Therapist (RPT).

Outside of the office, my happiest moments are spent with my husband and our two sons. I am an avid reader, puzzle enthusiast, and movie lover, and I have a massive soft spot for all things Disney and Harry Potter. When we aren't at home, you can usually find me out hiking, tending to my indoor plants, or out for a walk with my Labrador, Luna. Luna is a certified therapy dog through 3 Rivers Visiting Dogs, and sharing her gentle comfort with our community is a joy we both love. I am also passionate about my work with Camp Watcha Wanna Do (a childhood cancer camp).
