How I Can Help You

Life can bring unexpected challenges—times when stress, loss, or change make it hard to feel grounded or hopeful. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and find new ways forward.

I work with individuals, couples, and families across all stages of life. Whether you’re an adult navigating burnout, a teen struggling with identity or belonging, or a couple working to rebuild connection, I offer a space grounded in curiosity, empathy, and respect.

Drawing from Adlerian and Gestalt principles, as well as Emotionally-Focused, Structural, and Gottman approaches, I focus on fostering authentic relationships and lasting change. I also integrate EMDR for trauma and distressing life experiences to help clients process and heal at a deeper level.

As a multiracial and transracially adopted person, I understand the importance of honoring identity, complexity, and the diverse ways people find meaning. My approach is collaborative and person-centered; I meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be.

  • I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, and I have spent time in San Antonio, TX, and Boston, MA before returning to this community I consider home. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Purdue University Fort Wayne, and I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.

I am a dad, a gamer, and a genuine nerd. I combine my passion for learning and stories to help me develop a deep understanding of people's lives, as I believe that an essential path to healing is through understanding.

As a multiracial and transracially adopted person, I have experienced life from a number of nontraditional viewpoints. These perspectives allow me to approach each client with openness, curiosity, and respect for their unique experiences. I value authenticity, self-discovery, and helping others find meaning and agency in their own stories.
