How I Can Help You
My goal is to empower people by giving them the tools they need to thrive. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, adjustment, or you're not even sure, I'm here to help you explore and grow. My space is safe and designed to help you explore and develop your strengths. Additionally, I can provide letters to support gender-affirming care and treatment. I believe that creating an authentic and sincere therapeutic relationship is more important than any modality or treatment style.

I have lived in the greater Fort Wayne area for nearly 14 years, but I was born and raised in Wisconsin. In addition to working at Willow, I work full-time in an acute psychiatric setting. I enjoy spending time with my family, which currently includes my husband, two great kids (a tween and a teen), two dogs, and a cat. Most of my free time is spent playing board games or video games with my family or simply watching some of my favorite shows.

I am passionate about working with fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to provide a safe space that allows individuals the freedom to explore, wonder, and feel empowered. Additionally, I have a knack for connecting with adolescents and kids 8+ and enjoy helping them navigate the chaos of growing up and finding themselves. Furthermore, I have a heart for those struggling with addiction and take pride in helping them navigate their path to recovery.

I love learning more about the LGBTQIA+ working towards WPATH Certification community and am continuing to expand my education and expertise in addressing trauma and addictions.
