How I Can Help You

Showing up to do the work of healing is an act of bravery, and I am honored to walk alongside individuals as they navigate this process. I work with adults looking for help navigating big emotions (anxiety, depression, anger, etc...), wanting to improve relationships, looking to process traumatic life experiences, and desiring to connect with their truest and most authentic selves.  I understand that the therapeutic process can be both challenging and rewarding, and I strive to provide a safe space to walk alongside clients as they do this important work.

  • I am a native Hoosier and moved to Fort Wayne in 2014. I have been married for 21 years and have two kids. When I am not working, you can find me taking hikes with my family, hanging out with friends, doing yoga, reading, or making pottery (my goal is to set up a home studio this year). As an introvert, I also prioritize quiet time to recharge.

  • My approach to therapy begins with the wisdom of the enneagram. This tool helps you to understand your temperament (nature) and what motivates your behaviors. With this insight we turn our attention to your lived experiences (nurture) and use psychotherapy, including EMDR, to address unresolved issues, past traumas and to move towards healing. Additionally, you may be interested in using somatic therapy and meditation to assist in addressing thoughts, behavior patterns and tensions held in your body.
