How I Can Help You
My name is Stephanie (she/they) and I believe that we are all arbiters of change. There are many different ways that we can learn to cope with life and there are times when we need to process our thoughts too.
My philosophy of care means that you can expect therapy that taps into trauma-informed care, person-centered approach and creating a safe environment for every emotion to exist. When working together with you, I strive to maintain a space where you can feel and to be challenged in a way that nurtures growth. Change may be daunting, but it is never something that we have to shoulder alone.

While I am Indiana born and raised, I have known Fort Wayne as home for over a decade. Through challenging times I worked hard to earn my Masters of Clinical Mental Health so that when I did return to Fort Wayne in 2020, I could jump right into helping my community. The bulk of my early experiences in the field is working with LGBTQIA+, eating disorders, crisis intervention, and folks in adverse socioeconomic situations.
I have a heart for supporting my community and for lifting one another up through art and creative connections. You’ll often find me out in the wild in artistic spaces, in parks or exploring local hidden gems while seeking out moments of peace so I can share that same sense of calm and connection with you.
