How I Can Help You

I am a second-year Master of Social Work Graduate intern aiming to become a licensed social worker practicing as a mental health therapist. My commitment is to provide client-centered, strengths-based therapy that supports growth, healing, and resilience. With experience in crisis intervention, behavioral health, addiction recovery, and grief work, I strive to meet each client with empathy and respect, walking alongside them as they move toward greater health and wholeness. I am dedicated to ensuring that you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you as we explore your mental health journey together.

  • I was born and raised in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area and lived in Chicago while completing my undergraduate degree. I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at Indiana Wesleyan University. My professional background includes social work, case management, clinical and in-home work with neuro-divergent populations, and information technology business recruiting.  youth and families in foster care settings, along with experience in hospital social work. I plan to obtain full clinical licensure as an LCSW and am working to complete my EMDR training this summer. My goal is to continue developing my clinical skills and trauma-informed practice.

In addition to work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, daughter, and friends; being outdoors, hiking, traveling, listening to and playing music, theater, being active, reading, and writing. Card games, chess, and kicking or throwing around a ball are also fun for me. I love a good story whether in a book, movie, on the stage or in a conversation. I value quiet, balance, rest, deep and meaningful relationships, thought provoking conversations, learning/growth, and self-care.
