How I Can Help You
At some point in life, everyone experiences something that is incredibly difficult to process and cope with. As a society, we often feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and defeated in our everyday lives. My greatest joy is helping others find peace and comfort in the chaos that our world brings us. I strive to build a relationship with the people that I serve based on trust, unconditional positive regard, and mutual respect. I work with individuals to address a variety of issues and challenges using a person-centered approach, in collaboration with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, and other treatment modalities.

Gaining a deep understanding and acceptance of humans has always been an interest of mine. During my undergraduate studies, I immersed myself in courses focused on human development, psychology, and human sexuality. As a graduate student, I shifted my focus toward mental health, social justice, and diversity. In all aspects of my life, I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for those around me.
Outside of work, I enjoy practicing yoga, exercising, binge-watching TV shows, cooking, and exploring new restaurants. I keep myself busy with my incredibly opinionated and energetic husky, Daisy. Whenever possible, I love taking weekend trips to different cities and going on drives when the sun is shining.
